Brings world-renowned scientists to Sitka to share their current research on North Pacific wildlife at the symposium during the Sitka WhaleFest weekend.

Supports marine mammal research in Alaskan waters.Provides a stimulating variety of marine related activities such as whale watching cruises, concerts, exhibits, artisans market, 10K run, and more.

Encourages visitors to come to Sitka in November to help support our community.
