It’s been five years since Sitka Sound Science Center was first incorporated and received its 501c3 status. Hooray for us! and hooray for the founding board members who had the forethought and vision to form an organization that carries on the science research and education legacy in Sitka. Board members and staff gathered to raise a glass to what we’ve accomplished in five years with the help of an enthusiastic and supportive community.

The SSSC relies on funding support from foundations, grants, corporations and individuals.
